OVERVIEW

ID514 is a battery-powered ultra-low-power industrial LTE Cat.1 data acquisition DTU, upgraded model of ID511, specially designed for off-grid field monitoring sites without external power supply.
 
Equipped with built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, it completely eliminates dependence on external DC power supply, perfectly solving power supply pain points of remote unattended monitoring points such as wireless water meters, soil sensors, environmental monitoring stations, roadside micro-monitoring equipment. It adopts mature global LTE Cat.1 modular communication chip, backward compatible with 4G/3G/2G full frequency bands, optional GNSS GPS/Beidou dual-mode positioning module for field equipment location tracking.
 
The device reserves isolated 1-channel RS485 industrial serial bus interface with built-in TVS lightning surge protection circuit, supporting stable connection to various Modbus instruments, water/gas/electric meters and environmental sensors. It integrates complete multi-industrial protocol parsing engine, native compatible with Modbus RTU/TCP, DL/T645, CJ/T188, IEC1107, DLMS meter communication protocols, supporting automatic timed meter polling, edge local data preprocessing and offline mass data caching.
 
Built with 32-bit high-efficiency ARM low-power processor, the whole machine adopts deep sleep power-saving algorithm to realize ultra-low standby power consumption, greatly extending battery cycle service life. It supports Bluetooth local quick parameter configuration via AT commands without wired debugging cable, compatible with MQTT/TCP/UDP transparent transmission protocols, seamlessly docking Tespro YiXing Cloud platform and third-party industrial IoT servers to realize two-way remote data interaction.
 
All-metal dust-proof industrial shell, wide temperature operating range from -40℃ to +75℃, high-grade IEC 61000 EMC anti-interference design, stable operation under outdoor low-temperature, high-temperature and strong electromagnetic interference environment. Standard DIN35 rail mounting and wall mounting dual installation modes, compact volume suitable for small field meter boxes and monitoring boxes. Equipped with hardware & software dual watchdog automatic recovery, automatic reconnection after network disconnection, ensuring long-term 24-hour unattended stable data collection and transmission.
