OVERVIEW
TR324 is a new-generation industrial-grade LTE Cat.4 cellular IoT router launched by Tespro Electronics, optimized for industrial automation, smart power, water conservancy, environmental monitoring and municipal unattended edge data transmission scenarios.
Equipped with dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1×RS232 serial port and dual RS485 bus interfaces, TR324 realizes bidirectional Modbus RTU/TCP protocol conversion, seamlessly connecting PLCs, energy meters, environmental sensors and legacy serial field equipment to remote cloud IoT platforms. It supports public mobile LTE networks and operator VPDN private dedicated lines, building stable, encrypted long-distance data transmission tunnels for dispersed on-site equipment.
Adopting full industrial ruggedized hardware architecture, the router features wide DC voltage input, ultra-wide temperature operating range and high-grade EMC anti-interference performance, capable of stable operation in harsh cabinet and field environments. It supports standard DIN35 rail installation and wall mounting, with a compact body that easily fits standard electrical control cabinets.
TR324 inherits complete industrial networking capabilities: dual SIM card link redundancy, wired Ethernet & 4G wireless automatic failover, offline local data cache with automatic retransmission after network recovery, multi-layer data encryption, built-in firewall and access control ACL. It supports remote centralized O&M including remote configuration modification, batch firmware upgrade and real-time device status monitoring, paired with hardware & software dual watchdog self-recovery mechanism to guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted stable operation of unattended industrial sites.
