OVERVIEW
CW-6028 is a high-performance 1U rack-mount wired & wireless integrated wireless access controller, specially designed for medium and small enterprise WLAN environments. It can centrally manage up to 256 Fit APs (base license supports 16 APs, scalable via additional licenses), cooperating with WL8200 series access points to build a unified intelligent wireless network.
Powered by hardware ASIC forwarding architecture, WS-6028 integrates complete Layer 3 routing switch capability. It works simultaneously as a wireless controller and core switching node, realizing true wired-wireless convergence.
The platform supports intelligent RF auto-optimization, seamless fast roaming, diversified access authentication, comprehensive wireless security defense and refined user traffic scheduling. With abundant Gigabit ports and 10G SFP+ uplink interfaces, it offers flexible networking expansion. DCWS-6028-C is ideal for enterprise campuses, office buildings, hotels, industrial parks and commercial venues to deploy centralized managed Wi-Fi systems.
